CoC & Homelessness

There is much to know about the purpose, functions, and resources related to participation in the CoC. HUD provides a lot of information through its many websites and a good place to start is on the HUD Exchange. Local CoC’s also have a good deal of information to share with members and community stakeholders.

The Gaston-Lincon-Cleveland Continuum of Care has created this page as a way to share the most valuable, current, and/or pertinent information for our members and stakeholders. While the information presented here should not be considered exhaustive, it is a great place to start.
